Hotel St. Ellis in Legazpi City

My boyfriend and I celebrated our 8th year anniversary last August 4, 5 and 6. Hotel St. Ellis is one of our chosen place to celebrate it. We had an early reservation last July 2012 and we avail of their promo that was published in their Facebook page. The reservation is quiet easy and no sweat at all. I reach them through their mail and phone. Their staff and the one who emailed us was very friendly and easy to communicate with. They even sent me a confirmation letter that week to confirm that my reservation was been approved. No hassle at all. So what we did is just wait for the time for us to stay there.

Last August 4 at around 6:00pm, we checked-in at their hotel after a long and adventurous activity that we had in our ATV tour. ( I will be writing a blog about this soon.) Their staff greeted us and gave us a welcome drink.

We just waited  few minutes at the front desk for the checking of our reservation. And after that we had our welcome letter and the key card in our room. The reservation that we had was at the Deluxe Room for two with free breakfast and free usage of their gym and pool. The room was located at the 5th floor of the beautiful hotel. We were a bit excited to go up and see the luxurious looking room. And then this is what we've got. A very clean and nice place to stay at.

This door is so cool. It opens through a card key and it automatically locks itself too. This door has a double lock inside. :)

Complementary

Coffee, water, pili nuts and a cute coin purse are all complementary. They have a little refrigerator under this and it is equipped with some drinks for the mini bar.

The bathroom is clean and neat. 2 tissue papers were available and a towel on top of the bowl is ready too. Sorry I forgot to take a photo of the shower area. But they have hot and cold shower.

After we took a rest for about an hour in the room, we decided to swim in their pool which is located at the second floor near the spa. My boyfriend and I didn't brought any towel with us because we know that it'll be provided but we weren't expecting that there will be a separate towel which will be given to us for swimming. I just find it nice. :) So here are some pictures at the pool area.

Their pool is so clean and we were just lucky because we were the only ones who is using the pool that time. Haha. This pool is 5 to 5'6 ft. high. This is quiet wide also which is good for everyone who likes swimming.

Their pool is operating from 7:00 in the morning till 8:00pm at night. We were just fortunate to extend some time from the pool till 9:00pm. ^_^ After few hours of swimming, we realized that we're both hungry. So we are guilty in that case, without reasonable doubt. LOL. We didn't bring any chips with us, just the pili nut that we saw from the room. So after we took a shower, we went at the ground floor to eat at the Crossroads Cafe and Lounge of the hotel.

It's not our first time to dine in here. Crossroads Cafe never let us down when it comes to their dishes. (Please click here for my separate blog about Crossroads.) We had a wonderful dinner that time. There was a live acoustic band too which makes the dinner pleasing. After we had our appetizing dinner, we went back to our room to take some rest. :) That's it for the first day in Ellis.

The second day was awesome too specially when we saw the buffet breakfast at the Crossroads. Their buffet is free of charge and you don't have to pay anything for it. They serve buffet breakfast as early as 5:30am up to 10:00am only. :) Good thing we were just on time.
