Pancake House

Hey there my fellas. :D I am back. It's been a long time. LOL. Not really long. Well, sorry for not having any posts, I was just so busy this past few weeks. I've been working for almost 14 to 16 hours a day. What the heck? Haha. Anyways, but even though I'm busy, I see to it that I come to chill and relax from the stress that I got from work. (But it's not really stressful though.)

So just this September 28 to 30 I traveled in Manila with my mom. And I want to share this restaurant where we've eaten our dinner last Sept. 28 and breakfast last September 30. But I would like to apologize in advance because I can't name each food that we ordered because I lost the two receipts in Pancake. :( It saddened me. :( Anyway, life must go on and so let's move on. :D

I think most of you are familiar with Pancake House. They serve delicious pancakes and waffles. They have also aggrandized their menu to fulfill each customers cravings for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pancakes and waffles can be served anytime, as long as they're open I think. :D They also have pastas, Filipino dishes, international delights, pastries and many more. And I think all of them will suit your tastes buds. ;)

So here are the pictures that I've taken during the dinner. We ate dinner in MOA at PH. :)

The big menu. :D

I looked at the menu as if I'll be having a test. LOL.

Their chicken is really yummy. Swear. There are two pieces of chicken served. The other piece
was late. LOL. My mom and kuya both ordered the same food.

A bunch for dinner. It's lucious. This is what I had.

Nom Nom Nom

Serry for the face! :D

Mango Crepe for dessert. :D

And that's all we had for dinner. We didn't regret dining in here. We were actually delighted of the food that we have eaten. :)

Before our flight on our way home last September 30, my mom, her friend, my kuya and I decided to have our breakfast at PH again in the NAIA terminal 3. We all decided to try their pancakes and waffle. :) Here are some pictures.

Yum

Yum waffle.

Yum

My pancake. So yummy with the sausage. :)

My juice. :)

And that's it for my simple experience in Pancake house. All foods were delicious. I highly recommend this restaurant for travelers and non-travelers out there. In whatever kind of career you are into, PH is really a must try. Nom Nom. Thanks for reading. Till next time.

Kamias

Hello there everyone. Howdy? I am here again to share one restaurant that we just discovered. LOL We've eaten here just yesterday and I'm just a little excited to tell you about our experience.

Yesterday, I asked my boyfriend to treat me dinner at Kamias which is located at the Alternate Road, Besides Casablanca Suites,4500 Legazpi City. It is near Aquinas University Hospital. It is nearby Wilkommen and Eatalia too. From Legazpi, we rented a tricycle and it only cost us 25php to get there. :D Quite cheap.

Hope this map could help you. Thanks Google Maps

So, let me start on my simple journey in this restaurant. LOL

Kamias is a restaurant which offers more of Bicolano cuisines. Tourists and even natives will truly enjoy the traditional food with a touch of modern taste. The setting inside wasn't really that impressive but it has a quiet, clean, comfortable, safe and a little modern like idiosyncrasy.

Beautiful green chairs with white tables.

They may also accomodate you in the Casablanca Suites. It's your choice.

Looks really clean. :)

Table setting. (if I'm not mistaken) :D

It took them for about 15 to 20 minutes to serve the food that we ordered. We didn't really feel that it was quite long because my boyfriend and I were busy in chatting about some stuffs. :D And when the food came... TADA!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Here are the food that we've eaten. :)

Before I forgot, this is what the menu looks like. :D

There is also a separate menu just for beverages.

Chicken Sisig Cigars. The sauce blends well with the cigars. One of the best sellers.
You may enjoy Sisig Cigars with or without rice. The serving is great for a cheap price. :)

Beef Salpicao / Small
Beef Salpicao tastes like adobo. It has a real Filipino touch that everyone will love. One thing that I didn't like about this is I didn't really enjoy the sauce. It's just little bit oily, and that is what am I avoiding to eat. But this food taste great.

Steamed Rice.
They also has a great serving of rice. We really weren't expecting that. :D If we just knew about the serving we should've just ordered two rice. lels.

Had enough for dinner. Burp.

One picture before we eat. LELs

And ofcourse, the dinner won't be complete without dessert. :) So we ordered their very own Buko Salad.

Buko Salad.

Yum. But not so cold. :)

All in all, we are satisfied of what we've eaten. We didn't really discover something new with the food tastes and the ambiance. But we don't regret what we've paid in that restaurant. And we will definitely go back to try other cuisines.

I recommend this place for people who wanted to eat some Bicolano and more of Filipino cuisines. :) You'll surely love its quiet, elegant and clean ambiance with a touch of modern style. Simplicity is always beautiful. The price aren't so cheap either.

Malaysian Chicken Barbecue

Hello folks. How are you today? I wasn't able to update my blog because I've been so busy for the past few days. Been working for almost 16 hours a day. But anyway, I am here to share what we had for lunch last August 31,2012. LOL. Sorry if it takes too long. :)

My boyfriend had an overnight stay in our house because he fell asleep while he went here last August 30th. :D So, he was able to taste my mom's first Malaysian Chicken Barbecue. He didn't just ate dinner in our house, not just even breakfast but also lunch. Haha. At first, I thought that my mom was just cooking something ordinary for lunch, like pork and some veggies, but when she called me, she told me that she'll be cooking her own version of this chicken barbecue. :) And then the lunch came and here are some pictures that I can share. :)

Malaysian Chicken Barbecue

The Sauce. :)

The sauce is really unique. It's not watery or "malabsaw." It's really creamy and so tasty. But for people who hate ginger, I think you'll not appreciate it. But I want you to give it a try because it is really delicious. The ginger add some spice to it and you'll defintely love the blend of it with the chicken. :)

The chicken and the sauce.

Lunch. Burp!!!

Nom Nom Nom.

The chicken was suppose to be grilled but my mom opted to fry it. :D But I think if the chicken was just marinated longer, it will be juicier and even tastier without the sauce. But all in all this dish is really heavenly. For all those people who loves cooking and eating....this is a must try. :)

Enjoy eating everyone. :)

Jasmine at The Oriental Legazpi

Jasmine is located at the ground floor lobby area of The Oriental Hotel. (Please click here for my separate blog about The Oriental.) They offer gratifying food and luxurious setting that surely one of us will adore. The setting of the place is modernized with a beautiful view from the outside. This is one of the best place to dine-in if ever you'll be visiting Legazpi City. Everything you crave for is already here. You should try it.

We were able to dine-in at Jasmine again when we had our stay at The Oriental last August 5 and 6. I can say that this is really one of the highlights in our visit at the hotel because we celebrated our 8th year of  love there. We were not down of what we've ordered. Yummy food plus great servings is equal to a superb dinner. Here are the foods that we ordered at the night of August 5th. :) Enjoy and be seduced again.

Jasmine. Modern and elegant!

Deliciouso!

The dinner was astonishing. We needed a back-up. Haha. We didn't finished all of it but we got it as a take out and brought it to the room. Haha. Well, that was a luscious and luxurious dinner after all. Nom nom nom.

As what we felt at Hotel St.Ellis, we were also excited of what will the buffet breakfast be in the morning. And fortunately, this is what we've got. A very tempting food that we didn't hesitate to try. All of the food that was served at the buffet were tried by us. Haha. You should try it too. Here are the photos that we had on our buffet breakfast the next morning.

Chicken Tocino and Pork Adobo

Different kinds of bread.

Yummy cheeses. Different kinds of cheeses.

Omelette. Served by request.

Nom Nom Nom!

My boyfriend had his coffee while I had my fresh mango juice.

Haha

Sanwich ala Alex. Haha. He made this for me.

The breakfast was elegant. We really had a lot of breakfast that day. We felt like not eating lunch anymore because of this delicate breakfast. It was a blast. You should try it too.

And before I forgot, I would like to share this photo of ours last February 14, 2012. This is when we had our valentine dinner date at The Jasmine too. That was memorable. ♥
